As part of Le Creuset’s continued drive to evolve, Alumni Harvey Nash were engaged to find a new Vice President of Marketing for the business in the United States. The role would cover all of the business in the Americas and would also have significant influence on the brand globally. A key area of focus would be to improve the digital positioning and representation of the brand in this key market for Le Creuset.

On receiving the brief, Alumni Harvey Nash conducted an extensive mapping of the North American market, identifying the best talent in brands which had successfully integrated their traditional and digital marketing strategies in omni-channel settings. Following a thorough process, including multiple face-to-face interviews and reporting, the successful candidate was found in New York City and his relocation to the businesses US Headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina was carefully managed by Alumni Harvey Nash. Since joining the business, the impact of the appointment has been significant, leading a number of transformations and successfully launching the brands cross-over limited edition licensed products with Disney and Star Wars.
