We have over 14,000 staff working across five hospitals and many other sites across Derbyshire and Staffordshire. We have a diverse and talented unitary Board and an outstanding opportunity for a talented Executive Chief Operating Officer to join our Executive Team and Trust Board.

In turn, you will be welcomed into an excellent team, where you are encouraged to use your expertise and experience to challenge, support and provide independent judgement and advice.
