Thomas is Managing Director in the Global Healthcare Practice leading our operations in UK and Canada.

Thomas focuses on complex and high-profile international placements at Board and Executive level across the industries of healthcare and higher education. He serves on the Alumni Business unit Management Council and is also a member of the Board Services Practice.

With over 15 years of search experience, before joining Alumni in 2008 Thomas began his executive search career working for KMC International, a boutique executive search firm, delivering Board level searches across government, industry and higher education. He was then appointed as a Senior Researcher in Government and Public Services at Alumni before being promoted as Head of Research in 2013 and Director in 2018. As an expert in the sector, Thomas has an exceptional reputation with clients and candidates for handling challenging and sensitive searches as a trusted advisor to public, private and third sector organisations.

Thomas is a graduate of the University of Keele, UK where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy.
