Matilda is a Consultant working with recruitment and executive search within the IT & Technology space. Currently she focuses on roles at specialists and management level, spanning various industries and sectors.

Matilda is well versed with complicated and fast paced recruitment processes, supporting clients in analyzing and setting requirements of the profile, working with various research methods and evaluating candidates. She has broad knowledge of technical roles and a strong network of professionals within fields such as software, architecture, security, agile development, and operations.

Prior to joining Alumni, she was part of Randstad Group (Randstad Technology), specialising in IT/tech roles such as IT specialists and developers within the private sector but also within the public sector.

Matilda has experience in psychometric testing and is certified in personality and analytical assessment tools. Matilda has a bachelor from Uppsala University in Sweden within the field of Human Resource Management and Working Life. She has also studied IT and Management Information Studies at San Diego State University in the USA.
