Marita is a Senior Consultant focusing on Executive Search and Board Services across a wide range of industries.

She has over 20 years’ experience of working in roles such as Partner, Senior Consultant and Research Manager within Executive Search, HR Assessment services and organisational restructuring processes. She has worked with local assignments but has also delivered assignments internationally. Her main strength today lies within hiring of top executives at C-level as well as appointments to management team and non-executive board director roles.

In her previous positions she has had the opportunity to work across a broad range of industries and in recent years Marita has also successfully worked with green transition and scale-ups. She has extensive knowledge of change- and performance management, as well as team development.
Marita also has 10 years’ experience working in various operational roles such as management, sales and marketing within the consumer industry.

Marita has a strong ability to motivate and engage those around her and always with a keen focus to deliver the best possible organisational solutions, to add the most value.

She has a Master of Business and Marketing degree from Handelshøyskolen BI/Norwegian Business School, Norway. She is also a DNV certified recruiter.
