Johannes is a Senior Consultant within our Interim Management offering.

As a Senior Consultant, Johannes represents the entire scope of Alumni services, but with main focus on interim management assignments. Johannes works with clients across a range of industry sectors and functions, to help find and develop the highly skilled competence needed to create business success.

Over the years Johannes has gained broad experience from different roles in the private, public and non-profit sectors. He has previously worked as a consultant and advisor in the field of HR services, e.g. employer branding, leadership, and learning & development. He has also gained significant (team) leadership experience of his own as head of an NGO, as a member of various boards of directors and from running his own consultancy firm. Today he is based in Stockholm, Sweden, but he has worked with international consulting assignments, studied and worked abroad in London, Paris, Singapore and Montreal.

Johannes holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and French from Lund University, Sweden. He also holds a diploma from IHM Business School in Strategic and Organisational Leadership along with a number of leadership courses and coach training programmes.
