Fredrik Malmsten

Consultant and Chartered Occupational Psychologist

Fredrik is organisational psychologist and senior consultant, bringing more than 20 years of diverse experience in top team development, leadership training, executive coaching and Talent Management.

Fredrik has experience from international consultancy, multiple cultures, mindsets, markets and industries for the larger part of his career.

Previous roles include; Head of Talent Management and group functions at a leading food retail company, Director of Client Solutions within one of the foremost executive search firms, CEO at a global test publisher and Country Manager at an international consultancy.

He has worked with small to large-scale international companies coaching leaders from first level managers to enterprise levels in the private sector designing and implementing Leadership Development Programs, Culture Transformation, Top Team Development, Executive Assessment & Development Centers, Executive Coaching, Succession &Talent Strategy and HiPo identification & development.

Fredrik holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Linköping University in Sweden and is a chartered psychologist. Fredrik is fluent in Swedish and English.
