David joined Alumni in 2020 and operates broadly across industries and functions with a keen interest and experience from the tech sector.

He brings a strong business acumen, a solid service mindedness and a can-do attitude to every project. David’s past experience has given him a broad business understanding from having worked both as a consultant delivering high quality advice and services and from having been on the client side, working with external vendors and internal managers.

Before joining Alumni, David worked as a consultant for a Nordic employer branding and recruitment firm, mainly working with mid- to large cap international businesses from a variety of industries. Client projects spanned between search assignments and executive search to long term employer branding strategy projects. Most recently, David held the HRBP responsibility for two divisions within the largest TV/Media company in Sweden with responsibilities from all parts of the HR toolbox. 

David holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Human Resources, Psychology and Organizational Theory from Örebro University, Sweden.
