With her own experience from building a successful business, she has insight and adds a valuable perspective on the importance of sourcing the right competence to help companies, for instance scale-up their business or for tranditional meet aggressive growth targets. Åza has background from the IT & Telecom industry, but over the years, she has recruited and developed talents and leaders in all industries.

Åza has an MBA in marketing, strategy and organisation from Linköping University, Sweden
