Annelie is a Consultant at Alumni and has worked in recruitment for 7+ years with primary focus on executive search assignments but also recruitment of young talent. 

Annelie is active in the firm’s Finance & Legal Practice working in a variety of industries with a spike in Private Equity organizations and she has deep expertise of guiding C-suite searches, recruitments of financial specialists, management consultants and investment professionals.  

In addition, Annelie has a role in our business development, being responsible for our cooperation with our team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam consisting of 8 researchers- and data entry professionals.   

She also has experience from marketing and internal recruitment as well as employer branding. 

Annelie holds a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School and Pace University – Lubin School of Business in New York.
