For more than three decades, Alumni has supported and advised a range of progressive and established companies in finding and developing the highly skilled competence they need in this increasingly competitive world. We assess people for key positions and fine-tune executive teams. Through identifying and developing the right leaders, key competence and leadership, we pave the way for our clients’ success.

In 2020 we consolidated our four associate companies Alumni, PAT Management, Impact Executives and Harvey Nash under the Alumni brand. Leveraging collective rich heritage we can better utilise our wide-ranging expertise, to benefit clients seeking to grow or develop their organisation.

Alumni is owned by a group of private investors, all with operational roles in the company.
