Rachael is a consultant and board advisor with over 20 years’ experience in commercial business leadership. She has been an owner director, executive director and a non-exec. Rachael has worked in a range of international organisations from: entrepreneurial start-up, family owned, trade association, executive non-departmental public body, charitable trust to a multi-national Fortune 500 business and UK PLC.
She focuses on coaching and organisational development for leaders and their teams. Prior to Alumni, Rachael worked at the US Centre for Creative Leadership, the UK Judicial Appointments Commission and Ashridge Business School. Her practice focuses on two areas; firstly in assisting leaders and their teams to leverage their strengths, reach their full potential, maximise their stakeholder influence and navigate organisational complexity. Secondly, working with specialists (scientists, engineers and technologists) to assist them in making the career transition from expert to strategic leader.
Qualifications: British Psychological Society Registered Assessor (MHS EQ-i, Hogrefe - NEO-PI-3, Hogan Assessment Suite - MVPI, HPI and HDS) and the US, Center for Creative Leadership 360° Assessment Suite. Accredited practitioner in VoicePrint, a communication styles assessment. Certified in Executive Coaching at Ashridge Business School, has an Advanced Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and is currently studying for a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring Practice at Oxford Brookes University.
