Benjamin is specialized within assessments. He conducts candidate selection, second opinions, management audits, team audits, and coaching. Benjamin also work with search and recruitment of key staff and executives in various industries.
Benjamin has worked with assessments and recruitment since 2009 and joined Alumni in 2014. He has a Master Degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Assessment and Leadership Development from BI Norwegian Business School. He is formally authorized to use a wide range of high quality psychological tests within assessments and development.
