  • Competence analysis, i.e. analysing and defining what skills and competencies the company needs. Regardless of whether the task is to draw up a leader's profile, carry out a quantitative analysis or develop accurate job descriptions, this is essential for the company to achieve its goals. 
  • Analysis of current situation i.e. building a picture of the collective competence within the company. The central processes here are performance management (evaluation of all employees) and management review (evaluation and development of leaders). 
  • Competence development activities, i.e. developing a palette of activities to achieve the goals for the company's employees.
