- HR strategy, i.e. developing a strategy whose focus and priorities are in line with the overarching strategy. An important aspect of this is having clear goals and KPIs, as well as processes for evaluating efficiency and quality.
- Organisational development, i.e. creating the overarching organisational structure for HR, defined by specific descriptions of roles and responsibilities for all employees, but also defining the working method with process descriptions and the interface between HR and line managers.
