Board Services - Board Review
Demands on the work and the performance of boards are increasing. Alumni assists its clients in more than 15 board reviewss a year and we are continuously developing our processes.
Our quantitative and qualitative investigation provides an insight into how the board works and where there are areas for improvement. The review also shows how the Chairman and Managing Director perform their roles and responsibilities within the board of directors, and what contribution each individual board member makes. We also analyse the composition of the board and its expertise.
The review is tailored to the needs and expectations of the board and the challenges it will face in future, and takes account of previous reviewss and studies of the board's work.
Alumni has built up a large body of reference material over the years.
In a separate process, Alumni often reviews the managing director and the management group. This makes it easier for the board to meet its responsibility to continuously monitor the day-to-day running of the business.
